About Aurum Bayt
We help families evaluate high-stakes relocation decisions before the wrong commitments become expensive.
🇧🇩 Bangladesh → 🇨🇦 Canada → 🇺🇸 United States
Built from lived relocation
Aurum Bayt is built by Sakib and Anika, a family shaped by relocation across Bangladesh, Canada, and the United States.
Between us, relocation has meant childhood immigration, school transition, parent career resets, family separation for work, starting married life in a new city, and a cross-border move while pregnant — with spouse work authorization, healthcare, housing, Social Security, and support systems all needing to be solved at once.
Those experiences shaped a clear belief: relocation is rarely just a logistics project. For families, it is a household decision where work, school, healthcare, legal status, housing, support, timing, and reversibility all move together.
We do not claim to replace specialists. We built Aurum Bayt to help families understand which assumptions need specialist confirmation before the move becomes expensive to unwind.
Why this lens matters
Families usually receive fragmented relocation advice. An employer explains the package. A recruiter explains the role. A tax advisor may answer one narrow question. A visa professional may confirm one legal path. Friends and online groups add anecdotes.
But the family still has to make one integrated decision.
Aurum Bayt exists to organize that decision. The Decision Brief does not replace specialists; it identifies which assumptions remain unresolved, which commitments should wait, where specialist confirmation may be needed, and whether the move is ready to proceed, pause, renegotiate, or decline.
A compact review process.
Three steps, one written Decision Brief.
01
We review the move before commitments harden.
02
We identify unresolved gates and specialist assumptions.
03
We issue a written Decision Brief with a proceed, pause, renegotiate, or decline signal.
Independence
We do not accept referral fees, commissions, or vendor incentives from schools, brokers, recruiters, immigration firms, tax advisors, relocation agents, or real-estate providers.
Advisory boundary
Aurum Bayt does not provide legal, tax, immigration, investment, school-placement, real-estate, employment, medical, security, or relocation execution advice. The Decision Brief identifies unresolved assumptions, commitment gates, and where independent specialist review may be needed before the family commits.
